Service role
Custom Gym Wear Sourcing provides independent buyer-side sourcing coordination for business procurement requirements. Website descriptions identify possible inquiry scope. They do not establish stock, manufacturing ownership, brand authorization or a supplier contract. A request for quotation is an inquiry and does not create a purchase order.
Your requirement
Provide accurate business contact details, intended use, garment specifications, quantity units, size and color schedule, destination and target timing. Identify mandatory conditions and acceptable alternatives. You remain responsible for reviewing the suitability of the proposed item and approving any sample, artwork and order specification.
Supplier quotations
Availability, prices, minimum order quantity and timing require supplier confirmation for the exact proposed item. Quotations may use different assumptions for decoration, labeling, samples, packaging, freight and destination charges. Ask for written scope and exclusions before comparing totals. A target budget or supplier preference is guidance for discussion and not an established price or verified supplier rating.
Evidence and approvals
A document describing a company, material family or related style does not automatically establish conformity of the proposed garment. Request exact-item records where applicable. Our coordination does not replace testing, regulatory, legal, customs or professional advice. Sample review should name the approver, identify the revision and preserve unresolved questions.
Orders and commercial terms
Any eventual supplier order needs its own agreed specification, payment terms, cancellation terms, delivery responsibilities and dispute process. Do not infer those terms from a website card or inquiry submission. Manufacturing location, origin and shipping point are separate facts to confirm.
