Contact Custom Gym Wear Sourcing

Send one clear requirement so the next sourcing discussion can focus on the garment and the decisions still open. The inquiry form is our business contact route; we have not published a visiting address or phone service.

Describe the request

Identify whether you need training tops, leggings or a coordinated garment set. State fiber content, fabric weight in gsm and construction details if known. If an input is undecided, mark it for supplier discussion instead of choosing an unsupported specification.

Give the buying context

Provide your company, intended use and US receiving destination. Break the order into quantities by size and color, and state whether one unit means a piece or set. Include the size chart unit, measurement points and artwork placement so suppliers can respond to the same requirement.

Explain the decision

Tell us your target timing and the person responsible for sample approval. A target date is a buyer requirement; the supplier must confirm preparation, approval, production and transit assumptions. You may add a budget without already holding a quotation.

What happens after the brief

We review the product scope and contact you using the details supplied. Missing size ratios, material questions or decoration decisions may need clarification before comparable factory quotes can be requested.

Supplier preference means the cost and service balance you want to explore. Premium may prioritize detailed customization; budget may prioritize simpler options. These labels are not verified supplier ratings. Quotations must still identify pack ratio, sample charges, labeling and delivery exclusions.

Do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal data. Drawings or artwork can be discussed after contact; this form does not offer file upload. Review the Order Brief or sourcing services if the specification is still taking shape.

We act as an independent sourcing partner. Materials, availability, evidence and commercial terms remain subject to the proposed supplier and buyer approval.
