Supplier matching and quotation alignment

Wholesale gym wear sourcing, step by step

Describe the garment before asking factories to price it. We coordinate independent sourcing support around your specification, samples and comparable quote scope.

Specification alignment

A buyer provides intended sport, fiber content, fabric weight, garment measurements, construction details and quantities. We turn incomplete wording into explicit supplier questions. The supplier must identify what is included and which substitutions are proposed.

Verification prompt: does the quotation use the same gsm, size chart revision and decoration placement as the request? If any element differs, record the difference before comparing prices.

Sample coordination

Ask for sample cost, dispatch assumption and the sample type: existing reference, decorated sample or pre-production sample. Name the approver and record measurement points in cm or in. Review the actual material and seams rather than relying on a related style.

Verification prompt: which fabric, color and artwork revision does this sample represent? Sample acceptance does not establish a fixed production schedule.

Quotation comparison

Normalize pieces versus sets, size run, colorways and pack ratio. Separate artwork setup, labeling, sample charges, carton packing, freight and destination charges. Minimum order quantity may apply by style, fabric, color or decoration process; ask for the stated basis.

Verification prompt: can a budget option reduce packaging complexity without silently changing fiber content or the agreed measurement tolerance? Premium and mid-range are buyer preferences, not verified supplier classifications.

Delivery questions

Give a US receiving ZIP code, receiving constraints and desired arrival date. Ask suppliers to distinguish sample preparation, approval, production and transit assumptions. A factory dispatch date and a delivered date describe different milestones.

Verification prompt: which party handles freight, import arrangements and any destination service? Availability and timing require confirmation for the actual order.

Link the evidence to the same order revision

Requirement

Buyer-approved garment, size chart and artwork.

Quotation

Supplier response with deviations and cost exclusions.

Sample

Identified material and decoration revision for buyer review.

Shipment documents

Order-specific pack list and other requested records.

Mark each item requested, received or reviewed. A generic supplier document does not prove the proposed garment meets your requirement. See the Order Brief and inquiry configurations.

Start with the unresolved questions

  1. Describe the garment
  2. Separate size and color quantities
  3. Identify destination and target date

Use the existing requirement field to describe the garment, quantity, US destination and timing. We can help organize the next supplier questions without an existing price quote.
